Laser scanning solutions
We offer flexible and high grade laser scanning services using modern equipment. If you only have a physical object, broken product, mold or foundry pattern at hand but no 3D-model or any other blueprints to speak off, we can scan the object into a digital format using our laser scanner . After this we can digitize the data into a volume model for example. With this 3d-model we are able to manufacture pattern tools, model equipment are the actual physical product.

Maximum capacity for laser scanner is 2m x 2m x 2m
Resolution is around one thousandth of a millimeter.
Scanning is conducted in Ris-Pert’s facilities in Tampere.
Objects can be scanned into STEP- or IGES-file formats.
