CNC-machining solutions
We offer high quality CNC-machining services in Tampere. With our CNC-machines we are able to work various boards (plywood, wood, plastic, aluminum and composite materials) into a desired form and hole the boards if necessary. Our CNC-machining centers are equipped with vacuum tables, which enable the processing of very thin boards as well. You can find our machinable area capabilities in our machines-page. However we are able process even larger boards by partition. We also have a 3200 kg bridge crane in place for lifting heavy objects.
Continues development in cnc-scanning
We develop our operations on a continuous basis. At this moment we have the widest and most modern installed machine base in our industry. Over the last seven years, we have renewed over 80 % of our machine base. Ris-Per’s strategy is to only acquire new equipment and machining centers. We invest in efficiency and our lead time is optimal. We have high level of capacity at this moment. Our operations run in two shifts and we are able upgrade to three shifts if necessary. CNC-machining as a separate service can be utilized in various industries and sectors.
